In the Yoga science, we tune in to invite our higher wisdom for guidance.

We call unto our inner teacher to support us and be with us. We connect with our spirit and realize that we are not just a physical body.

In my coaching I use the concept of tuning in to allow clients to dig deep, look inside and connect with their true and higher selves:

  • Tune in to your body. Your body is your temple and by connecting with your physical sensations and needs, you become more empowered in your own life. Here is where you find what your body needs for nourishment and self care.
  • Tune in to your mind. Control the mind, control your life. By nurturing your mind with the right food, you can become the best version of yourself. Through diet, meditation and self care activities, the mind becomes the most powerful tool you have at hand. 
  • Tune in to your spirit. Why are you here? What is your purpose? By listening to your spirit, you can work towards a higher goal, and align your actions and life with a greater vision.
