Jana is a trauma-informed Somatic Hypnotherapist, Health Coach, and Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher, with over a decade of personal exploration, study, and practice in self-development, spirituality, and healing.
After a decade of corporate burnout, I asked myself: “Is this it? Is this the life I’m meant to live?”
My journey of self-exploration started with yoga and meditation, which opened the door to deeper self-awareness and questions that led me to create real change.
Along the path, I left my corporate job, navigated the heartache of divorce, and explored what true happiness and fulfillment mean to me.

I’ll map out a personalized plan tailored to your needs. I’ll guide you on the ideal number of sessions, what to focus on beforehand, and how to prepare, so you feel supported every step of the way. Our work blends somatic techniques, hypnotherapy, and mindset coaching to release old patterns, calm anxiety, and build lasting confidence—inside and between sessions.
All sessions are offered online via Zoom, allowing you to work with me from anywhere in the world. Online sessions are just as powerful and effective, often even more so, as your nervous system can relax in a familiar space. All of my clients have experienced deep, lasting transformation through our online work together.
Most sessions last 60–90 minutes. For the best results, clients often start with weekly sessions and adjust based on progress and your personal schedule.
It’s completely normal to feel nervous.
