  • A free 30 minutes private one-on-one breakthrough session prior to booking which allows you to share with me your struggles, life journey, your intention in joining the program and ask any questions you might have
  • 6 Coaching Sessions which will run for 60 to 90 minutes each and allow you to learn, reflect, share & grow 
  • Handouts, exercises and worksheets to allow you to explore and experience the material we visit together during the group sessions
  • Private access by phone or email to connect with Jana for any support needed throughout the program
  • Self-work that allows you to integrate lifestyle changes and new tools in between sessions
