In-Person Kundalini Yoga Classes in Ireland
Come and practice in person. These classes are a chance to step away from the noise of daily life and arrive somewhere that feels grounding, nourishing, and real. Through Kundalini Yoga, we work with the body and nervous system together, so you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more like yourself.
All levels welcome. No experience needed.
What is a Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is an active, meditative form of yoga and it's quite different from a purely physical practice.
Each class combines dynamic movement (kriyas), breathwork, chanting, and meditation, closing with deep relaxation. Every movement carries a healing intention, whether that's releasing stress, building energy, calming the mind, or reconnecting with yourself.
It works on the body, the breath, and the nervous system together. This is why it can feel so different from other forms of yoga and why people so often describe it as transformative.

What to Expect at a Class
You don't need to have done yoga before, or any particular level of fitness. Classes are welcoming, non-competitive, and move at a pace that works for everyone.
Here's what a typical session includes:
Warm-up — gentle movement to arrive in your body
Kriya — a specific sequence of movements and breathwork with a healing intention
Meditation — guided, accessible, and tailored to the theme of the session
Deep relaxation (Shavasana) — the part people often say they didn't know they needed
Integration — arriving back, grounded and clear
Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (mats available to borrow). Bring water.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Not at all. Kundalini Yoga is for everyone — complete beginners are warmly welcome. Jana teaches in a way that's accessible and encouraging, whatever your starting point.
-
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing works best — something you can move freely in. Kundalini Yoga is traditionally practiced in white, but there's no requirement. Wear what feels good.
-
It's great if you have your own mat — please bring it along. If you don't have one, mats are available to borrow at the venue.
-
Do your best to arrive a little early so you can settle in — arriving a few minutes before the start helps you get the most out of the session. If you're running late, just slip in quietly.
-
The Thursday weekly sessions are gentle and accessible. The seasonal workshop (September 19) is not suitable for pregnant women — please get in touch if you'd like to discuss options.
