Group Coaching Program
-Health & Wellness Coaching allows groups to identify common goals they want to work towards. The coach supports in igniting conversation, discussions, exercises, group work, action plans and self-development work in between sessions.
-Working in a group allows people to stay connected and motivated to reach their goals, together.
- On-going support including a private Facebook group, self-work, handouts and readings will be supplied in between sessions.
Private Coaching Program
-Private coaching for 1-1 sessions is recommended for people who need to work on specific and personal areas in their life.
-Intimate and private sessions to give a chance to those who really need it to immerse themselves in their own transformation.
-On-going support, self-work, handouts and readings will be supplied in between sessions
Inspirational Talks
-Inspirational talks to address different topics, share tools and inspire the audience to take steps towards their health
-Topics include but are not limited to:
Stress management, Creating a healthy lifestyle, Living your best life
Workshops
A variety of workshops which include engaging content, exercises, activities and discussions around a certain objective.
Workshop content could include but is not limited to:
-Create your life vision workshop

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your true self. In Kundalini Yoga we develop the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will.
-One-Time Sessions: a session tailored towards a certain objective like stress management, increasing vitality, self-empowerment, women health, learn how to meditate.
-Programs: a series of 4 or more sessions, which integrate yoga, meditation & breathwork. The series would focus on a chosen theme and objective: learn how to meditate alone, basics and power of breathwork, release tension, ignite your creativity.
The program includes self-work and support in between sessions to integrate meditations and breathwork as part of employee lifestyle.
