Meet Jana

Jana is a Holistic Life Coach, a Hypnotherapist and a Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher.


After spending 10 years in corporate and having experienced stress, burnout and lack of happiness, she decided to dedicate her support people in releasing stress, upgrading their mindset and living their full life's potential. 

Jana uses a variety of tools while working with clients to support them in moving towards growth and transformation. She is passionate, supportive and will make sure to leave you fuelled to start living a life full of joy!
