What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini yoga is often called the yoga of awareness. It brings together movement, breathwork, mantra and meditation, and it’s a practice of truly meeting yourself: your body, your mind and your spirit. It helps you reconnect with your inner energy, quiet the noise and elevate your state or being, so you feel more present, clear and connected to something greater. No experience or flexibility needed, just a willingness to show up and feel.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is India’s ancient science of life, with roots going back over 5,000 years. It teaches that each of us has a unique constitution, a natural balance of body and mind, and that our needs change with the seasons and stages of life. Ayurveda helps you understand what your body and mind need, listen to the subtle signals of life. Ayurveda helps you understand what your body and mind need, listen to the subtle signals they give you, and respond with nourishing food, daily rituals and simple lifestyle practices. As we move from autumn into winter, it helps us slow down, stay warm and feel grounded.
